So, the first International Dinner of the rebooted alphabet – on 2.3.2019 – was Austria, for A: Bernhard’s homeland.
And guess what? I was not invited!
During planing it turned into a family affair – with children – and as I had not yet been introduced to Bernhard’s sons… well, those of you who’ve gone back ‘out there’, after marriage & children, will know the drill. But, seriously!
Anyway. I’m told – and was shown pics – of two beautifully roasted Styrian chickens, complete with stuffing, potatoes, and garnish. (all recipes are provided!).
He also served Austrian wine with a very suspect name:
And naturaly, they listened to Beethoven… Or possibly Mozart 🙂
